Order Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and monitoring package delivery updates after an order has been shipped.
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and package handling become the responsibility of the carrier.
Abandoned Packages
RealBuzzBar.com does not issue refunds or replacements for packages abandoned, refused, unclaimed, or not collected by the customer from the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for tracking shipments and ensuring packages are received or collected within the carrier’s required timeframe.
If a package is marked as abandoned, refused, or returned because the customer failed to receive or collect the shipment, the order will not qualify for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
Please include clear photos of the package, shipping label, and product condition when submitting a claim request.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may only be considered for verified issues involving damaged items, incorrect shipments, or confirmed order processing errors.
Refunds are not guaranteed and may be denied if policy requirements are not met.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Abandoned or unclaimed packages
- Incorrect shipping information submitted by the customer
- Orders refused during delivery
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Packages marked delivered by the carrier
- Opened or used disposable products
Return Requests
Due to the nature of disposable vape products and compliance considerations, returns may not be accepted for opened, used, or consumed products.
Customers must contact support before sending any return shipment. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Chargebacks & Fraud Protection
Fraudulent chargebacks, false delivery claims, or abuse of refund systems may result in account restrictions, denied future purchases, or investigation with shipping carriers.
